id88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if id88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
id88's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the id88 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collection required for KYC verification, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and PAGCOR reporting obligations.
id88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the id88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to id88's internal dispute resolution process via the live chat or email support channel. If unresolved, the dispute shall be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism before any judicial proceedings are initiated.
